We are seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead the execution and evolution of brand communications across owned and shared channels.
About the Role We are seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead the execution and evolution of brand communications across owned and shared channels. This role focuses on brand narrative development, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a strong brand storyteller and operator who can translate company strategy into clear, consistent messaging and enable teams to communicate effectively at scale.
Key Responsibilities Brand Narrative & Messaging – Own and evolve core brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents.
– Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and communications playbooks.
– Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, launches, and regions.
Communications Enablement – Enable internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, HR) with messaging toolkits, FAQs, and talking points.
– Partner with leadership to shape messaging for company initiatives, announcements, and milestones.
– Review and guide communications outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Cross-Functional & Regional Alignment – Partner with global brand and marketing teams in the U.S., Europe, and China to align messaging execution.
– Coordinate communications planning and timelines across teams.
– Act as a point of alignment for brand communications across functions.
External Communications Support – Provide messaging direction and content support for external communications.
– Review press materials and announcements for brand consistency and clarity.
Measurement & Optimization – Define qualitative and quantitative indicators for brand communications effectiveness.
– Review performance data and provide recommendations for messaging improvements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in brand communications, marketing communications, or related roles.
Proven experience developing brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
Strong writing and editing skills across consumer and corporate formats.
Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in consumer tech or consumer products.
Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams.

Compensation & Equity The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, or restricted stock units.
