Job Title: Marketing Engagement Specialist

Location: Boulder County, CO | In-Office

Job Type: Full-Time (with opportunity for advancement to a permanent full-time role following a 90-day period)

Clear Comfort Water is looking for a self‑motivated new graduate ready to take their first dive into marketing. You’ll focus on driving engagement creatively for our Industrial and Commercial aquatics segments. This is a great role for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibility, loves building systems, solving puzzles, and talking to real people to understand their business challenges.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and deploy creative content for Industrial and Commercial audiences to drive engagement

Use and improve our state‑of‑the‑art tools to identify high‑fit Industrial and Commercial customers

Creatively use modern marketing tools that include AEO, ABM and other tools to qualify businesses in priority markets

Support and analyze marketing campaigns

Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs

What We’re Looking For:

Creative and analytical problem‑solver

Comfortable communicating and reaching out to people

Smart Assertiveness with a passion to win

Interest in sustainability, clean tech, or B2B marketing, particularly in Industrial and Commercial aquatics

Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Environmental Science
