Job Description Job Description We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design efforts and elevate our streetwear brand across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic direction into powerful visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital, print, social media, logs, brochures, website, and brand campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visuals that support business objectives.
Oversee and provide guidance to junior designers; review work and provide constructive feedback.
Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
Work with external vendors, photographers, and agencies as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or other UX tools a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of creative work.
Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity.
Ability to lead projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
