This is a Full‑Time role.
Responsibilities/You Will:
Lead and motivate the Sales Guide team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve individual and team sales goals
Provide direct leadership to a team of leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
Coach and support leadership team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and team engagement
Identify and share best practices across channels, with a focus on continuous improvement and consistency in sales presentations, processes, and day‑to‑day operations
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Advance Sales, Quality Assurance, and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Marketing to implement new strategic initiatives and ensure team alignment
Oversee daily operational responsibilities, including tour flow, scheduling, attendance, and accountability tracking
Foster a high‑performance culture with an emphasis on coaching, professional development, and integrity
Basic Qualifications/You Have:
5+ years of direct Sales experience, preferably in Vacation Ownership or Real Estate
Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading high‑performing teams in a sales‑driven environment
Strong conflict resolution and decision‑making skills
Strategic thinking ability and proven success in driving key business goals
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs dictate
A valid and active Hawai‘i Real Estate License in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Disney Vacation Club or in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry
Familiarity with DVC products, systems, and processes
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

The hiring range for this position in Kapolei, HI is $95,500.00 to $128,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
