Customer Experience Specialist – Inbound & Chat Support

CNB St. Louis Bank in Maplewood, Missouri is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage incoming calls and online inquiries. The role involves identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions while ensuring compliance with policies.
