For our digital & media division, we are looking for brilliant candidates that are enthusiastic about digital marketing to join our media team in our Miami office as a Media Manager to be a part of this exciting growth phase.

The Role
As a Media Manager, you’ll take charge of

multinational media accounts

across industries, leading campaign strategy and execution while being the main client contact for performance and day-to-day queries.

You’ll work across

Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic

, analyzing results, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class digital performance.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across

Search (Google & Microsoft Ads), Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic platforms

.

Monitor campaign health daily, adjust bids, targeting, and creative for maximum impact.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Analyze campaign data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Produce performance reports and translate results into strategic advice for clients.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the primary client contact for performance updates and queries.

Build trust through clear, proactive communication and consultative support.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Oversee daily/weekly QA checks to ensure accurate tracking, trafficking, and campaign setup.

Adhere to financial processes and reporting standards with precision.

Partner with the Media Director on high-level strategy while managing junior resources on accounts.

Contribute to cross-channel integrated plans with wider teams.

Keep ahead of emerging trends, tools, and platforms, sharing knowledge with both clients and colleagues.

Support new business pitches and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years of hands‑on experience in

Paid Media (PPC + Paid Social)

; programmatic experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record in

client management

and end-to-end campaign delivery (planning, execution, and strategy).

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn numbers into strategy.

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/SUMIF, CONCATENATE) and strong PowerPoint skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluent in English and legally able to work in the US.
