Commercial Photographer / Videographer (Drone + Destination Content)

Project Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Photographer/Videographer to develop premium visual content along Florida's Emerald Coast, beginning with the 30A corridor (Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, WaterColor, Inlet Beach, and surrounding areas).
The objective is to elevate brand impact through cinematic quality and emotional destination storytelling, moving away from standard, technical documentation. This project will serve as a pilot initiative with additional geographic opportunities expected throughout the regional market, including Panama City, Panama City Beach, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach.
What Success Looks Like
The ideal candidate creates content that makes viewers immediately want to visit a destination. Key focus areas include:
- Photography: Luxury destination, hospitality, tourism, travel, resort, or real estate photography. Capturing sunrise, sunset, waterfront, lifestyle, and environmental imagery that evokes an emotional, immersive response.
- Drone Content: High-end cinematic drone footage, coastal aerial photography/videography, and dynamic flyovers. (FAA Part 107 Certified strongly preferred).
- Video Production: Capturing footage for short-form and long-form content, storyboard development, and creating repeatable visual frameworks for future markets.
- AI Content Integration: Experience working with AI-enhanced production tools and workflows to help create scalable content systems is a major plus.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Professional, high-caliber portfolios across photography, videography, and drone work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Lightroom and Premiere Pro)
- Proven experience managing the entire pipeline from capture through post-production
- Strong narrative and visual storytelling ability
Nice-to-Have:
- FAA Part 107 Certification
- Motion graphics capabilities
- Familiarity with AI video production tools
- Experience with coastal, tourism, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Ability to travel throughout Florida's Emerald Coast region
