Graphic Designer
AudioQuest is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our design, marketing, and web teams to create compelling visual content that accurately reflects our brand and speaks clearly to a diverse range of audiences—including salespeople, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and the high-performance audio/video press and enthusiasts worldwide.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in graphic design will be instrumental in crafting captivating visual assets that resonate with these audiences. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will be an integral part of every stage of the design process, from creative conceptualisation to meticulous execution and successful delivery, ensuring our artistic content meets AudioQuest’s expectations of visual excellence and technical accuracy.

In this role, you will become an essential part of a highly supportive team within a well‑established, marketing‑driven, performance‑first company. You will use your creative talents to complement and strengthen the visual storytelling, education, and overall communications skills of the AudioQuest brand. Your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of audiophiles, music lovers and home‑theatre enthusiasts, reflecting and nurturing their passions while potentially attracting new audiences to the significant pleasures of high‑quality sound.

Daily Responsibilities

Create marketing assets for digital and print applications, including magazines, posters, banners, webpage graphics, product display pages, and social media.

Develop creative graphics for promotional materials and merchandise.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce visual assets for trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events, ensuring alignment with AudioQuest’s branding and messaging.

Produce graphics to support product launch campaigns, including announcements, email headers, launch kit assets, and web banners.

Edit, resize and optimise photos for print and digital platforms, ensuring images meet file‑size specifications while maintaining quality and resolution.

Assist the lead photographer on photoshoots; ensure colour consistency with product samples and across assets; proof colours, images, fonts and text to meet standards and align with brand guidelines. Maintain an organised digital asset file structure and upload finished files with appropriate metadata.

Help establish consistent brand standards across all creative materials, maintain corporate identity and follow brand procedures for The Quest Group and our products.

Continue to grow and expand our brand presence by producing fresh, innovative, and creative solutions for our evolving business needs, maintaining quality and consistency across all entities and partners.

What We’re Looking For

A strong sense of layout, colour and composition with the ability to create impactful and captivating designs.

Experience in a production role utilizing image curation, visual storytelling and photo manipulation skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign.

Comfort integrating AI into design workflows while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.

Strong understanding of print production and prepress workflows, including dielines, colour accuracy, material considerations and press‑ready file preparation.

Ability to maintain consistency across a large SKU catalog and evolving product lines.

Ability to interpret product specs and translate them into accurate visual or packaging content.

Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving abilities and excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Ability to coordinate across various departments to ensure accuracy of production files.

Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines, switch priorities and adjust schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

Aptitude for working both individually and collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility.

Portfolio demonstrating strong photo editing and design abilities.

Stand Out

Expertise in creating creative assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Experience in high‑performance audio or consumer electronics is welcomed but not required.

Photography experience.

Video editing / animation experience.

3D rendering / augmented reality experience.

eCommerce and/or Shopify experience.

Passion for design, photography, and high‑performance audio/video electronics.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field preferred.

3+ years of image editing and curation experience.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign – Illustrator a plus.

Digital photography background in CMYK and RGB workflows.

Physical Job Requirements

Sitting: Must be able to sit for a minimum of 2 hours.

Walking: Throughout the facility on an as‑needed basis.

Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift 20lbs.

Climbing: Must be able to climb stairs.

Talking/Hearing: Must be able to effectively communicate on the telephone.

Compensation

$75‑$90 k, depending on experience.
