Your Role

Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform and leveraging your network
Engage with candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive discussions
Keep the conversation going with leads to foster interest and assist in the hiring path
Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Generate commissions based on successful meetings arranged, interviews held, and hires resulting from your endeavors
