Territory Sales Leader
PepsiCo Sales is looking for a Territory Sales Leader to lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives and Sales District Leads to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Leader will cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.
Responsibilities include managing and motivating a team to increase sales and productivity, conducting work-withs to develop skills, proactively working with customers to understand business needs, maintaining process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, activating marketplace initiatives, holding regular meetings, setting productivity targets, overseeing merchandising, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $73,400 - $122,850, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications include managing frontline employees, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, team spirit, consumer packaged goods experience, flexible scheduling, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to lift up to 40 lbs., valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of sales experience.
