Engineering Operator - FT

Monitor and maintain MotorCity's chiller system, domestic water system, boiler system, and refrigeration system. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least eight years of experience in building maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, kitchen repairs, and HVAC.
City of Detroit First Class Refrigeration License and High-Pressure Boiler License.
Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
