The area is Brighton, Allston, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Revere, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Watertown, Winthrop, East Boston, Beacon Hill, The North End, Mission Hill, Fenway, Back Bay, Longwood. But basically Boston North.
Position Summary:
The Community Relations Liaison sustains positive relationships with professional referral sources and clients in order to cultivate a favorable experience. The CRL acts as the key point of contact for referral sources. They effectively communicate with individuals at various levels to discover opportunities and represent at appropriate networking events. The job of the CRL is to brainstorm, plan, organize and manage activities that assist to achieve its public relations goals as a go-to agency and home care experts. CRL supports goals by educating the community on the Uniques, Values, Services and our Purpose - to Change the World One Human Interaction at a Time.

KPI
Spend 80% of work time on the road visiting referral sources. 30 building visits per week
KPI
1 Professional Networking Meeting per week
KPI- 1 (3P) Presentation per week
Goal After Ramp-Up Period:
Average 5 Private Care Client starts per week, generated by 10 professional referrals per week from the CRL sources.
Closing Ratio of 50% of professional leads
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the face of the assigned territory
Identifying, cultivating, and farming professional referral sources so is their referral agency of choice
Attract Dream Avatar clients - Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, CHF, COPD, Arthritis and other chronic conditions
Close new client cases over the phone or through home visits
Procure online reviews from satisfied clients
Participate in one networking event per week
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability:
3+ years outside sales in healthcare
Know how to navigate in the healthcare system, working with Hubspot or other CRM
Clear understanding of common senior diagnoses
Confident and engaging presenter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
