What You’ll Do
Grow Key Accounts:

Maintain and expand relationships with existing large and mid-size retail and private-brand customers.
New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new partnerships within your territory to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Product Expertise:

Become the go-to resource on our product line—advise customers and support internal teams on solutions.
Sales Execution:

Prepare and present persuasive quotes, product samples, and proposals; negotiate terms to close deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, operations, and logistics to streamline order tracking and optimize customer strategies.
What You Bring
Experience:

3–5 years in sales or account management, with at least 2–3 years in retail or the food industry.
Business Acumen:

Strong problem-solving skills, professional presentation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Organization & Drive:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Flexibility:

Willingness to travel regularly by car and air, including overnight stays.
