We're hiring a full-time team member to provide customer service and sales support for our exclusive clients. The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service on behalf of our clients within the community. Comprehensive training will be provided to understand the product line and effectively communicate product details to customers. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities:
Interact directly with customers through residential outreach campaigns to inform them about our clients products and services
Engage with customers face to face, learning their needs and recommending the appropriate products and services
Process sales orders and assist with the enrollment process of new customers
Take initiative to resolve issues and handle complaints
Utilize training materials effectively for a smooth transition into a team leadership role
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Team player with strong communication skills
Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
Organized and personable with a comfort in daily customer interactions
Qualifications:
Desire for professional development and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Prior experience in customer service or customer relationship management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
