At Twin Health, we are looking for a Staff Creative Designer (Contract) to define the Emotional Language of our AI product, creating an experience that is empathetic, engaging, and high‑quality.
Responsibilities

Shape the Product Emotional Language: Define how the product feels and connects with members through visual, illustration, and motion design. Conceptualize and bring to life critical moments of empathy, whether a member interacts with the AI or the human care team.
Deliver Uncompromising Craft: Uphold an elite bar for design execution. Ensure our app is beautiful, inclusive, and functional, generating a compelling design direction from zero to one.
Master Micro‑Interactions: Design and prototype subtle moments of delight—fluid button states, haptic feedback pairings, and seamless transitions—making the product feel alive.
Highlight the Human Touch: Create visual bridges that celebrate and elevate the connection between members and their dedicated human care teams.
Operate with Speed & Bias for Action: Drive rapid iteration and deployment, balancing high‑velocity execution with scalable, long‑term visual integrity.
Navigate Strategic Trade‑offs: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, making design trade‑offs that keep projects moving forward without sacrificing the core experience.
Ensure Seamless Integration: Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering to deliver motion assets (via Lottie/Rive) that perform flawlessly across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

Elite Portfolio: Must showcase top‑tier capabilities across motion graphics, illustrations, and micro‑interactions. Portfolio must prove both technical execution and visionary thinking.
Consumer App Pedigree: Background in highly visual consumer tech (e.g., social media, premium lifestyle apps, gaming). Experience using unexpected art direction and motion to drive daily retention.
Technical Mastery: Expert‑level skills in Figma, Jitter, Adobe After Effects, and Illustrator; advanced prototyping with ProtoPie or Principle.
Modern Workflows: Proven experience shipping lightweight, high‑fidelity animations (Lottie/Rive) and proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Blender, Spline, or Cinema4D).
Visionary & Autonomous Execution: Ability to translate abstract emotional concepts into inventive, high‑polish deliverables that elevate the entire product experience.
Remote Opportunity: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work remotely; no visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually. The position is also available as a contract role.
