About this role
The Global Director of Logistics owns end‑to‑end logistics strategy, procurement and transformation across North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East. This leader is accountable for transportation, warehousing, network design, and logistics procurement, with a mandate to deliver cost optimization, service excellence, resiliency, and network agility. As the single point of accountability for global logistics performance, this leader partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial leaders to align logistics capabilities with business strategy and growth objectives.

Onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
Global Logistics Leadership

Own full‑spectrum logistics performance across the globe, including cost, service, flows

Define and execute an integrated logistics strategy spanning transportation, warehousing, and network design

Serve as the primary logistics interface to regional business and operations leadership

Logistics Procurement & Sourcing

Lead all logistics sourcing activities (transportation, warehousing, 3PLs)

Drive RFQs, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and performance management

Deliver sustained productivity, cost reduction, and contract standardization

Actively manage large, complex logistics spend and supplier ecosystems

Network Design & Optimization

Own global logistics network strategy, including DC footprint, flow paths, and capacity planning

Lead network optimization, redesign initiatives, and scenario modeling

Partner with global teams on long‑term network transformation and capital investments

Transportation & Warehousing Oversight

Ensure consistent operational performance across all transportation and distribution activities

Drive improvements in service levels, OTIF, lead times, and logistics reliability

Serve as escalation point for critical operational disruptions and risk management

Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost per unit, productivity, utilization, and working capital

Deploy standardized KPIs, dashboards, and control tower visibility across the region

Champion Lean methodologies, automation, and digital logistics solutions

Team Leadership & Governance

Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing regional logistics organization

Establish strong governance and operating rhythms with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Digital teams

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in logistics procurement, network design, and logistics operations

Track record delivering significant cost savings and service performance improvementsExperience managing large‑scale logistics spend and complex 3PL ecosystems

Financial acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution

Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical rigor

Influential, cross‑functional leader

Change agent with demonstrated transformation experience

Additional Information

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $174,500.00 - $348,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation
This position is entitled to both short and long‑term incentives, subject to plan requirements.
