Senior SEO Engineer

You will help more people find NemoRouter on Google and on AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You will also own all of our social media and community channels — including Discord and Slack. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership: you set the plan, you ship the work, and you guide the Junior SEO Engineer.

Responsibilities

Make our website rank higher on Google

Find the words people search for and write a plan to win them

Fix technical problems on the site — speed, links, page setup, sitemaps

Make sure AI tools mention NemoRouter when people ask about LLM gateways

Own and grow all 10 social handles — Discord, Slack, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, GitHub, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Keep the community active and reply to people

Track results in Google Search Console and Analytics, and show what works

Guide and teach the Junior SEO Engineer

Requirements

4+ years doing SEO with proof you have ranked pages on Google

You have run Discord and Slack communities before

You know Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)

You can read basic code and HTML (you do not need to be a developer)

Good, clear writing in simple English

You can lead a small team

Nice to have

You know AI / LLM tools and developer audiences

You have grown a brand on X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
