Compensation : up to $165,000 (DOE) + 25% bonus

Job Description : We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Costco Roadshows to lead a large-scale, national in-store demo program. This high‑visibility leadership role is responsible for driving execution excellence, team performance, and operational success across Costco locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 140+ in‑store demo representatives

Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance

Oversee end‑to‑end execution of Costco roadshow/demo activities

Manage operations, logistics, and scheduling across multiple locations

Drive accountability, engagement, and results within the field team

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large‑scale field sales or retail teams

Direct experience working with Costco (required)

Strong expertise in operations, logistics, and team development

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
