Your mission

Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to acquiring new customers and expanding 1NCE's market share in your designated region

Forecasting and Execution Planning: Develop accurate forecast models and devise clear, actionable plans to ensure successful execution of sales strategies

International Team Collaboration: Work closely with the international team to achieve regional targets, ensuring a cohesive approach and unified vision

Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, constantly striving to uphold 1NCE's reputation as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with the broader Sales, Partner, and Alliances Teams to forge and sustain relationships with new and existing partners, enhancing our network and reach

Building Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners. Your focus will be on fostering trust and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction

Your skills

Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years in consultative or direct sales within the IoT market. Having a robust network of contacts in this field is highly beneficial

Proven Sales Track Record: Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise level customer acquisition.

Telecommunications Expertise: A deep interest in the telecommunications sector, backed by successful experiences in the industry

IoT Solutions Expertise: A profound understanding of IoT Solutions, including in-depth knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant client profiles

Leadership Team Collaboration: An eagerness to work alongside an experienced and motivated leadership team, committed to creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe

Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition, showcasing your ability to expand the customer base effectively

Relationship Building Skills: Aptitude for developing relationships with industry partners and the ability to educate them about 1NCE's offerings

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage

Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills, combined with an open-minded and committed approach to teamwork

Autonomy and Travel Readiness: The ability to work independently with a focus on set targets, and a willingness to travel frequently as part of the role

Your interview process
There will be three online meetings:

First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details

Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion

Third meeting with our CSMO, as the final step of the process
