We work across the full breadth of our customers' technology challenges from streaming infrastructure and distributed systems to data platforms, AI/ML, cloud‑native development, and beyond, designing solutions at scale using AWS.

We are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to partner with one of the largest engineering organizations in entertainment, building direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) streaming platforms, global ad technology, content distribution systems, and the cloud infrastructure that ties it all together. The workloads range from AI‑driven personalization, media processing, big data pipelines, infrastructure automation, and generative AI. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on distributed systems experience, deep fluency with cloud technology, and the learning agility to ramp quickly across diverse technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Work backwards from customers to drive AWS adoption across DTC streaming, ad technology, content distribution, and media processing workloads, building trusted relationships with senior leadership.

Advise customers on architectural decisions for cloud‑based media solutions spanning distributed systems, data pipelines, personalization, and content delivery. Run technical workshops and deep‑dives with engineering teams.

Gather requirements, design solutions, and build working prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts using AWS services and partner offerings to accelerate projects, using the latest AI developer tools.

Partner with customers to identify and advance generative AI and machine learning use cases such as personalization, content intelligence, and operational automation, from exploration through production deployment.

Develop and publish best practices, reference architectures, and technical guidance on AWS; author whitepapers, blog posts, tutorials, and presentations; participate in industry conferences and events.

Orchestrate AWS service teams, specialist solutions architects, and account resources to address customer needs; drive customer feedback into AWS service team roadmaps, acting as voice of media and entertainment customers.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.

10+ years of IT development or consulting in the software or Internet industry.

Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.

Experience with distributed systems at scale.

Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, or containers ecosystem, or experience in software development.

Experience building large‑scale machine learning models and infrastructure for recommendation, ads ranking, personalization, or search.

Experience building large‑scale, high‑throughput, 24×7 data systems.

Experience using generative AI tools and techniques to accelerate solution development, rapid prototyping, and proof‑of‑concept delivery.

Familiarity with media, entertainment, gaming, or sports industry workloads.
