What we look for A software engineer who writes not a writer who codes
Hands‑on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI/ML systems
Strong technical writing: precise, opinionated, and easy to read
Published technical content blogs, docs, tutorials, or open‑source work
Sharp instinct for developer experience you spot bad APIs and confusing docs
Track record managing a technical Twitter/X or developer community channel
Strong editorial judgment you teach first, market second
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
