Position Summary and Key Responsibilities
The role requires graphics expertise and storytelling.
Reimagine and elevate PowerPoint presentations through creative storytelling and high-impact visual designs using Bain software and tools as per Bain design guidelines.
Translate learning content into engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling slide narratives.
Support other specialized graphics/branding requirements for BCN Academy/BCN internal communications, including emailers and promotional materials for training initiatives.
Update existing content (from graphics point) and version control for all trainings.
Support custodian of all training content for BCN Academy.
Support training operations and logistics management when necessary.
Experience in video creation and animation is an advantage.
The role demands time management, very high attention to detail and requires high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office within a PC Windows operating environment and strong interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate (in design) with degree/ experience in graphics design or related field with 0-3 years’ professional experience.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office – specially PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
Knowledge / prior experience of using Adobe creative cloud applications (Illustrators/photoshop/Firefly/After effects) or Capability in tools and software relevant to the field of graphics.
Knowledge/ prior experience of creating e-courses on Articulate 360.
High attention to detail.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Professional customer service attitude.
Excellent planning, organizational skills.
Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing training initiatives and projects and helping other team members.
