IT Support Specialist
• 1–3+ years of IT support experience • Windows 10/11 & Office 365 support • Hardware/software troubleshooting • Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow/Jira) • Experience supporting collaboration/media studio environments • Familiarity with AV systems, conferencing tools, Teams/Zoom Rooms • Troubleshooting audio/video equipment • Basic networking and device configuration • Strong communication and executive support skills
