TPA technologies is looking for multiple Recruiters for Boston.
Responsibilities
Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment
Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates
Evaluate candidate’s strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential Consulting opportunities
Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with candidates, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
Complete pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests
Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
Communicate with peers by sharing best practices
Maintain contacts by providing customer service obtaining referrals and sales leads
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience in staffing with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
Availability to work before / after typical office hours as required
Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
