Amazon MGM Studios seeks an assistant to support the UK Scripted Series team in a high-level administrative capacity. This role requires someone who will serve as a crucial liaison between executives, internal teams, and industry partners. This position requires effective organisational abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for film and TV. Prioritizing administrative duties and being a forward thinker is key. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, process documentation, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The role provides a unique opportunity to work at a global streamer.
Key job responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense reports
Greet guests, set up meeting rooms, and support in-person meetings
Manage and maintain efficient communication channels between internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives, working across multiple timezones
Undertake research and prepare materials ahead of meetings, including notetaking and follow-up actions where required
Track and maintain key team resources such as talent lists and coverage charts, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date
Carry out general administrative duties including file management, document preparation, and providing timely status updates across ongoing workstreams
Support ad hoc requests as needed, particularly those involving administrative coordination
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
About the team

The UK Scripted Series Team is a label within Amazon MGM Studios focused on the development and production of global originals for Prime Video originating from the UK.
Basic Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role, which may have been gained through internships, work placements, voluntary roles, runner positions, or similar
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple executive calendars and coordinating competing priorities simultaneously
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in an administrative or coordination setting
Experience liaising with senior stakeholders, external partners, or talent representatives in a professional environment
Experience in the entertainment/media industry
Competency using the Microsoft suite and AirTable
Working proficiency in AI tools
