About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking a Social Media and Content Strategist to join our Marketing team in the Indianapolis, IN area.
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to lead our social media presence and develop engaging digital content that advances brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement. This hands‑on role will support the execution of content and digital marketing initiatives that elevate Clinical Architecture's visibility, strengthen our position as an industry thought leader, and support long‑term business growth.

Reports to VP of Marketing
Based on‑site at Carmel, IN headquarters, five days a week

Responsibilities
Own the organization's social media presence, developing content and campaigns to support brand awareness, audience engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation.
Develop digital content to support organizational goals by translating subject matter expertise and existing marketing assets into engaging content across social media, email marketing, the website, and other digital channels.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that amplify thought leadership content, engage target audiences, and support lead generation objectives.
Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and inform content and campaign strategy.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data‑driven improvements to increase engagement, audience growth, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Support the promotion of company participation in tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events through digital marketing and social media activities.
Stay current on digital marketing best practices, social media trends, content marketing strategies, and marketing technologies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with HubSpot and either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare software, or other B2B technology industries preferred.
