Marketing Manager# Marketing ManagerEOC Corporate - Irving - Irving, TX 75062## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionThe Marketing Manager oversees all aspects of marketing related to Vermeer equipment and services. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, programs, promotions and events in addition to various other responsibilities. **Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and promotions for equipment and services to generate leads and increase revenue. Develop ways to track ROI to determine success of efforts.* Coordinate and execute events to promote company’s products and services. Includes trade shows, new product introductions, demo days, customer appreciation events, and sponsorships.* Manage local marketing efforts in all CCE markets, ensuring deliverables are executed to help grow the brand in the defined territories.* Manage and maintain annual budget, oversee utilization of co-op dollars from different manufacturer programs.* Coordinate paid and broadcast media, secure contracts, and oversee creative execution of ad materials.* Manage and develop content for the brand, highlighting equipment, customers, or company resources. This includes email marketing, job stories, customer testimonials and social media content. Oversee public relations efforts with local trade media.* Manage sales leads deployment to sales team from all marketing sources.* Oversee company website(s), ensuring new, relevant content is added on a frequent basis.* Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEM, SEO efforts.* Oversee execution of company’s social media efforts.* Manage agency production, planning and execution of outsourced projects.* Represent company at industry and customer events.## Qualifications•

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.



Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in marketing. Experience working in B2B marketing a plus.



Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Understanding of product marketing, including research, planning, positioning and developing creative asset a must.



Must be highly self-motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to work effectively and build strong relationships across the organization.



Experience managing a team a plus.



Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to write copy, press releases and job stories a plus.



Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint required.



Ability to travel up to 25%
