The Opportunity:

LGEAI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

National Account Accessory Sales Manager

to lead accessory sales across the

DIY channel , managing both

national retail and eCommerce accounts .

This individual will be responsible for growing market share, achieving sales targets, and maintaining key customer relationships. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, data-driven decision-making, and delivering high-quality service while ensuring cost efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow national retail and eCommerce accounts in the DIY channel

Track sales performance and report on key metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)

Achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive engagement with current and prospective accounts

Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Support sales growth through motivation, customer education, and product knowledge training

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and ensure exceptional service delivery

Maintain deep knowledge of ideal customer profiles and how they relate to LGEAI products

Oversee forecasting, margin analysis, and order pipeline tracking

Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Field Support, and Tech Support) to address accessory-related business needs

Analyze market trends, delivery systems, and vendor portal data to support strategic planning

Investigate operational issues and provide data-driven insights to management for corrective action

Navigate national account vendor portals with proficiency

Support interdepartmental initiatives and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field required

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with direct National Account management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment

Willingness to travel up to 25%

Recruiting Range

$100,000—$120,000 USD
