Your role:

Initiate contact with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's offerings and assess interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
Provide follow-up support to keep leads engaged throughout the hiring process
Ensure precise and updated information in our applicant tracking system
Accumulate commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews taken, and hires stemming from your recommendations
