eCommerce Account Manager

to drive our market expansion and strengthen key customer relationships with Walmart & Sam's Club.

The eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our Walmart.com and Sam’s Club online business. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of eCommerce account management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the small appliance category. This role requires a deep understanding of digital shelf dynamics, online merchandising, and data-driven decision-making to drive sales and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Ownership : Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart.com and Sam’s Club eCommerce teams, managing day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.

Sales & Forecasting:

Develop and execute customer-level sales strategies that support and deliver Lasko’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Monitor weekly sales trends and recommend actions to ensure plan attainment. Collaborate with demand planning and finance to maintain accurate and actionable sales forecasts.

Strategy Development:

Build and implement strategic account plans that align with company objectives, seasonal priorities, and customer-specific growth initiatives.

Analytics & Insights:

Use internal and retailer data tools (e.g., Retail Link, Luminate, Helium 10, Profitero) to identify performance drivers, uncover opportunities, and guide decision-making.

Digital Marketing Collaboration : Partner with internal and external media teams to execute full-funnel strategies including Walmart Media Collective (WMC) activations, sponsored product campaigns, and display advertising.

3P Marketplace Knowledge : Leverage a strong understanding of the Walmart 3P (Marketplace) ecosystem, including competitive dynamics, operational workflows, and opportunities for hybrid or transition strategies.

Content & Merchandising : Ensure best-in-class product listings, including titles, images, descriptions, and enhanced content to support conversion and SEO.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of AOP objectives.

Work cross-functionally with the Lasko Walmart Global Sales team to align on category priorities, promotional planning, and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.

5–7 years of eCommerce experience, with at least 2+ years managing Walmart and/or Sam’s Club accounts directly.

Strong background in data analytics, forecasting, and business performance evaluation.

Proven ability to build and deliver customer plans in alignment with a company’s AOP, ideally within the small appliance category.

Familiarity with Walmart’s 3P marketplace and hybrid business models.

Experience executing digital media through platforms such as WMC, Pacvue, or Skai.

Proficiency in Retail Link, Sam’s Club MAP, syndicated data, and eCommerce analytics platforms.

Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
