About the role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We’re looking for a Growth Account Executive who’ll leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features.

What you'll be doing

Conducting analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities and deepen customer relationships via a solution‑based sales approach

Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check‑ins and follow‑ups

Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition

Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs

What you'll need

Fluency in English

Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email

2+ years of experience as an account manager

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets

Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills

An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others might miss

The ability to build and maintain genuine client relationships

A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go‑to resource for your team

Expertise in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders

Compensation range

Poland: PLN9,000 - PLN12,500 gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
