We craft, curate, and connect BrandStories with impact across the three realms of life on Earth: Real Life, through events, activations, and experiences; Digital Life, through content, communities, and virtual experiences; and Inner Life, through strategy, narrative, and culture.
We are looking to add a Senior Producer to our NY Production Team.
Role Responsibilities

Act as primary day-to-day client contact during pre-production and while on show site.
Keep the client up to date with deliverables, schedules, production elements and budget.
Ensure that client-specific processes and procedures are being followed.
Responsible for managing all aspects of a specific production including creative, financial, technical and onsite execution.
Serve as the project team lead for staff at senior and support levels.
Manage and update project budget and margins within approved targets.
Manage all production timelines, scenic/design elements and deliverables.
Build project teams to maintain high-level production quality and supervise project staff/resources from pre-production through onsite execution.
Problem-solve any challenges that come up during the production process.
Follow and focus on innovative industry trends to keep INVNT ahead of the competition.
Qualifications

7 – 10 years of experience in all aspects of project execution relating to creative and/or production.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Great communication (both written and verbal).
Assertive and takes initiative.
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables across multiple projects.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing staff.
Flexible/adaptable to any sudden changes or situations that may arise during a project.
Compensation

Any offered salary is determined based on market data and ranges, seniority, merit, applicant skills, relevant prior experience, and the geographic location where the work is performed.
