POSITION OVERVIEW
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate partnerships that generate recurring membership revenue, increase club utilization, and enhance brand presence in the local business community. This role plays a critical part in both top‑line growth and member lifecycle management, while also serving as a key field leader supporting club sales performance, training, and pre‑sale execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Sales Leadership

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow corporate membership revenue

Identify, prospect, and close new corporate partnership opportunities

Build relationships with local and regional businesses to drive membership growth

Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding

Oversee corporate account renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion

Track and report on sales pipeline, performance, and revenue forecasts

Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and campaign execution

Sales Leadership & Field Support

Lead and facilitate sales training programs for club-level teams, focusing on membership growth, lead conversion, and sales process consistency

Provide hands‑on sales support to clubs needing performance improvement, including on‑site coaching and closing support

Assist in the development and execution of grassroots marketing initiatives to drive local awareness and lead generation

Partner with club leadership to identify gaps and implement actionable plans to increase sales performance

Play an active role in pre‑sale operations, including strategy development, team training, outreach efforts, and membership conversion

Travel as needed to support underperforming clubs and new club openings

Performance Expectations

Achievement of corporate sales revenue targets

Growth and retention of corporate accounts

Improvement in club‑level sales performance where support is provided

Successful execution of pre‑sale strategies and new club ramp‑ups

Effectiveness of sales training programs and team development

Perform other duties as required. Employee responsibilities are subject to change at any time.

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full‑time position. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
