We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality. And importantly: this work does not involve voice cloning.

Record high-quality German voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Fluent in German — native or near-native proficiency
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
Owner of a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
No prior AI or tech experience required
Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, character, documentary, e-learning
Familiarity with audio editing tools or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Exposure to AI voice tools or speech evaluation workflows
Knowledge of regional German pronunciation variation — Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
Background in linguistics, broadcasting, or performing arts
