Job Responsibilities

As the

Director of Sales

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with resort revenue objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers, setting clear performance expectations and supporting their professional growth
Establish revenue goals, monitor team performance, and hold the team accountable to results
Oversee and manage key client relationships and major accounts across group, corporate, leisure, and event segments
Partner closely with marketing and revenue management to maximize occupancy, event revenue, and overall property performance
Analyze financial reports, market trends, and competitive data to inform and adjust strategy
Build, manage, and report on sales budgets and pipeline activity
Ensure brand standards and client satisfaction are consistently upheld across every touchpoint
Represent the resort within the local community and relevant industry organizations
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share and strengthen the resort's position as a luxury destination
