Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay:

$55,000 to $65,000/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to support business development efforts within the logistics industry. This role is focused on generating qualified sales leads through targeted email marketing campaigns, industry research, and outbound communication strategies.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person will help identify target markets, create and manage email campaigns, monitor industry trends, and generate new business opportunities for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing, sales support, lead generation, or customer outreach who is looking to grow within a dynamic logistics company.

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and track targeted email marketing campaigns
Generate qualified leads for the sales team through outbound marketing efforts
Research industries, regions, and market trends to identify business opportunities
Develop targeted outreach campaigns based on seasonality, shipping trends, and market demand
Maintain and organize lead data within CRM and internal systems
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve lead generation results
Collaborate closely with sales staff to support pipeline growth
Assist with marketing content, messaging, and customer communications
Conduct market research on potential customers and industries
Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, sales support, customer outreach, or related fields preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and proactive mindset
Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B marketing is a plus, but not required
