What You Will Do:

As a Senior Video Advertising Manager (Mensch) - Strategy & Analytics you are a specialist for motion pictures and move confidently across almost all digital video channels. As the central contact person you organize the motion picture market, evaluate offers, and translate complexity into clear next steps for teams and customers.
Market & Trend Analysis: You continuously follow developments in the video market (TV, streaming, ATV, OLV, social video) and thus keep our planning up to date.
Opportunity Derivation: From market movements you derive concrete opportunities and give clear recommendations so that customer teams can work directly with them.
Product & Tool Development: In the conception and further development of our video solutions and tools you bring structure, practical experience, and new impulses.
Standards & Playbooks: You actively work on practical playbooks and standards for integrated video planning and ensure consistent quality in application.
Project Coordination: Together with your manager you coordinate innovation projects and coordinate closely with planning, buying, data/tech, and customer consulting.
Knowledge Transfer & Appearance: You proactively share insights with internal teams, support training, and represent WPP Media as needed in partner meetings or pitches.
What Sets You Apart:

Video Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the most important motion picture genres (linear TV, ATV, CTV, streaming, OLV, social video) and know their role in the media mix.
Channel Combination: You can confidently assess how video channels interact and combine them in a meaningful way to increase reach and impact.
Analytical Strength: Numbers, studies, and KPIs do not scare you – topics like cross-media measurement, audience verification, and GRP/TKP logics are exciting to you and you use them for your evaluations.
Technology Know-How: You can categorize programmatic buying, basic attribution models, and digital video structures and apply them to goals and setups.
Strategic Thinking: You can combine information from the market, campaigns, and tools, structure them, and derive clear recommendations for video strategies from them.
Communication & Projects: You can explain results clearly, discuss them with different stakeholders, drive several topics in parallel – and also appear confidently in English.
Furthermore, you are team-oriented, communicative, and reliable.
