Brand Design & Strategy Team

Our Brand Design team is responsible for building and strengthening our brand assets in the market. We act as a creative and strategic team, shaping the visual identity and ensuring a consistent presence in all touchpoints. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will have a cross-role in Marketing, focusing on connecting branding and performance to generate real business results.
The Size of Your Challenge

Create and unfold performance campaigns focused on conversion - ads, landing pages, and digital assets that balance brand building with business impact;
Dive into the evolution and construction of N.IA, our AI-powered brand design system - actively participating in the development of automation flows for creating pieces, scaling the creative capacity of the team leading to greater autonomy for different marketing areas;
Conceptualize and execute branding and performance campaigns for social media, ensuring creativity and relevance without losing sight of the data;
Develop visual identities and materials for large-scale events and product launches, connecting marketing needs to brand guidelines;
Lead the evolution and maintenance of the Brand Style Guide, ensuring visual consistency in all communications and touchpoints;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, presenting proposals, defending design decisions, and contributing to business strategy with autonomy;
Act as the brand guardian with external agencies and partners, ensuring visual quality and unity.
What We Are Looking For

Solid experience in design with a focus on growth and performance - portfolio with experience in 360-degree brand and conversion campaigns, considering all stages of the funnel (tofu, mofu, bofu) - creatives, landing pages, rich materials, etc);
AI-driven profile: More than knowing how to use AI tools to create images, concepts, videos, and accelerate the creative process, we expect someone genuinely curious and proactive, capable of continuously learning and helping us build an autonomous agentic brand creative performance generation system;
Proactive profile with critical vision, with autonomy to lead end-to-end projects, make strategic decisions, analyze data and insights, and move between different mkt squads and leadership;
Advanced technical domain in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign);
Familiarity and use of Claude (chat, cowork, and code) and Claude Design.
Ability to think systemically, contributing to the development of complex design guides and systems;
Agility in execution and technical excellence, maintaining attention to detail even in dynamic environments and iterative processes;
Active curiosity about design trends, advertising, technology, and the e-commerce universe;
Person with vision and creative execution.
