Manager, Brand Management
We are seeking a highly organized Brand Management & Franchise Marketing professional to support the development and execution of long-range franchise and property strategies across consumer products, licensing, retail, publishing, and live experiences. This role will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives for key entertainment franchises.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of long-range franchise and property plans across consumer demographics
Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams, including licensing, retail, publishing, content, and live experiences
Analyze consumer, category, and market trends to support data-driven brand strategies
Review and manage approvals for marketing and brand materials
Develop pitch decks, presentations, and strategic marketing materials
Partner with research teams to gather and apply consumer insights
Support retail and licensing teams during sell-in and partnership initiatives
Ensure alignment across franchise initiatives and stakeholder teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Franchise Marketing, Licensing, and Consumer Products Marketing
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience
Experience developing presentations, pitch materials, and brand storytelling decks
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with consumer insights, market trends, and strategic planning
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Required Tools & Skills:
MS PowerPoint (advanced presentation creation)
MS Excel, Word.

Preferred Background:
Entertainment, media, licensing, retail, or consumer products industry experience
Experience supporting franchise growth and licensing partnerships
