Overview
We are seeking a

Graphic / Media Designer

who excels at transforming complex ideas into

clear, compelling visual stories . This role supports executive-level stakeholders by creating polished, professional visuals that communicate technical and strategic concepts in a simple, engaging way.
This is not a traditional marketing or print design role; the focus is

digital storytelling, presentations, and conceptual design

for an internal corporate audience.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex concepts (including technical and risk-related topics) into clear visual narratives
Build storyboards, presentations, and infographics-primarily using PowerPoint
Create executive-ready visuals for leadership and senior stakeholders
Partner with internal teams to interpret ideas and convert them into structured visual outputs
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Deliver both planned and urgent, last-minute requests with high quality and precision
Required Qualifications

Proven ability to create

visual storytelling artifacts

(storyboards, infographics, presentations)
Strong portfolio demonstrating:

Clean, professional design style
Clear alignment between visuals and messaging
Business-focused, narrative-driven outputs

Experience designing

digital content (not print-heavy work)
Strong written communication and ability to interpret abstract ideas
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to technology, AI, or innovation-related topics
Experience in financial services, risk, or compliance environments
Awareness of current technology trends (functional knowledge, not hands-on development)
