Associate Director of Growth Marketing

To support customer acquisition and profitable growth initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director of Growth Marketing will identify, launch, and scale innovative marketing channels while pioneering the use of AI agents in marketing operations.
Key responsibilities

Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across diverse paid and partnership-based channels
Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to multiple channels
Consulting background preferred, with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics
Experience in applying AI tools and agents to enhance marketing strategies
Curiosity and resourcefulness with a proactive approach to solving new challenges
