To elevate ad revenue across mass-market consumer applications, the full-time remote Ad Monetization Specialist will manage ad mediation, optimize revenue strategies, and ensure compliance with advertising policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize waterfalls on mediation platforms and manage dynamic floor prices to maximize eCPM
Monitor key KPIs, run cohort analyses, and identify data-driven improvement opportunities using BI tools
Define ad format strategy, ensure user experience balance, and manage relationships with ad networks
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mobile app advertising monetization, with demonstrable gaming experience
Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; MBA or programmatic advertising training is a plus
Proficiency in at least one mediation platform such as AppLovin MAX or AdMob
Advanced data analysis skills, with familiarity in SQL, BigQuery, or Looker
Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and auction models
