How You’ll Make an Impact
As an Art Director at Epsilon, you’ll play a vital role in transforming client goals into visually impactful, digital-first brand experiences. You’ll lead concept development and execute across multiple marketing channels—including web, mobile, audio, and video—while applying sound creative judgment and navigating moderately complex creative strategy for your clients. In this collaborative environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Copywriters, Production Artists, Developers, Account Managers and Sales Directors, contributing to work that balances creativity with strategic performance.

Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and think strategically will position you as a key creative contributor. From concepting dynamic motion-enhanced visuals to supporting new business pitch presentations, your efforts will directly impact campaign performance and team success. With a proactive mindset and a strong understanding of creative tools and digital production processes, you’ll help raise the creative bar while identifying ways to improve efficiency and execution - aligning your work with Epsilon’s mission to deliver measurable, meaningful marketing experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership skills by owning client relationships and team projects

Refine your time and project management abilities while balancing multiple deliverables across your client list and internal team projects

Influence the evolution of creative processes and best practices

Build trusted relationships and foster collaboration across disciplines

Gain a deeper understanding of how data can be used to craft meaningful and impactful creative that drives customer actions

You can bridge the gap between art and tech, seamlessly integrating our internal tools and platforms into your daily creative workflow

Qualifications
What you’ll bring with you:

3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment leading digital design

Strong understanding of branding and ability to align creative with business objectives

Ability to translate client briefs into visually impactful interactive experiences

Dependable and self-directed with strong time and project management skills

Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual

Comfortable presenting and persuading in both internal and client-facing settings

Familiar with the capabilities and limitations of creative tools, development, and production teams

Proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects)

Basic Motion Graphics (animation, storyboarding, light video editing)

Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Figma knowledge is a plus

Willingness to travel with a Creative Manager or Director for occasional client meetings (solo travel may apply)

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,400.00 - $102,800.00 annually
