Building Block Resolutions is seeking a passionate Program Manager with hands‑on ABA experience who is ready to grow into a clinical leadership role.

This position is ideal for candidates who have worked as an RBT or Behavior Therapist, hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, and are actively pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee assigned ABA programs and maintain clinical quality

Mentor and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs

Assist with case reviews and behavior intervention implementation

Review clinical documentation for compliance

Collaborate with families and clinical leadership

Support staff training and development

Required Qualifications

Current or previous RBT/Behavior Therapist experience

Minimum 2 years of ABA experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field

Actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification in a relevant field

Strong understanding of ABA principles

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous supervisory or training experience
