Job Summary Positions in this sub‑family are responsible for identifying internal and external strategic issues and opportunities that could affect growth and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating cross‑business unit initiatives
Evaluating and financial modeling of potential merger, acquisition, divestment, partnership, and joint venture opportunities
Monitoring medium to long‑term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership
Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies
Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights
Prioritizing and tracking investments across new product development initiatives
Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
Developing, monitoring, and collaborating with leadership in establishing strategic direction and objectives and creating long‑term strategic and business development plans
Supporting the development of recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements
Identifying and reviewing industry and market trends; analyzing and applying this information in development of strategies for market segments
Assessing metrics to gauge the success of new strategies
Qualifications Advanced education and work experience in the job area
Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education and work experience
Proficiency in English (required)
Ability to work 1st shift in United States of America
Compensation The annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000.
