Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Salary: $105,000 – $130,000
Overview of the Role
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join a collaborative, high-performing engineering team supporting business-critical applications. This role will contribute to both new feature development and ongoing enhancement of existing systems, working closely with product, QA, and leadership.
This is a hybrid position based in St. Petersburg, FL , offering the opportunity to work onsite with the team while maintaining flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
Familiarity with web application development and RESTful APIs
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
Experience with SQL and relational databases; NoSQL a plus
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
