Media & Analytics Coordinator

DCC Marketing, L.L.C. · Chicago, IL, USA ·

Pay:
$50,000-$60,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

We are a growing, multi-location marketing agency building for our next phase of scale. As we continue to expand, we are investing in stronger campaign infrastructure, smarter media systems, and the technology and talent needed to deliver measurable results for our clients. We work across integrated media, digital, and communications, and we’re looking for forward-thinking people who are energized by change, not intimidated by it. The marketing landscape is evolving fast, and so are we. If you’re someone who leans into emerging technology, treats AI as a tool rather than a threat, and wants to grow inside an agency that’s building for the future, you’ll fit right in here.

Why This Role Matters:
Media is only as good as the data behind it. This position sits at the intersection of campaign execution and performance analysis, giving you visibility across every channel we run and a direct hand in the decisions that shape results. If you’re looking for a role where you clock in, push reports, and clock out, this isn’t it. If you want to actually understand why campaigns perform, help build better processes, and grow inside a fast-moving agency, we’d love to talk.

About the Role:
Reporting to agency leadership and working closely with the strategy, production, and account teams, the Media & Analytics Coordinator owns the day-to-day execution and performance oversight of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels.

This role combines:

Media planning and campaign coordination

Performance analysis and optimization

Digital marketing execution (paid social, CRM, email)

Cross-team trafficking and vendor liaison

You will be responsible for both the tactical execution of campaigns and the analytical work that informs what happens next. You need to be comfortable managing a busy queue of deliverables while also stepping back to assess what the data is telling you. This is a high-ownership, client-facing-adjacent role for someone who wants to build real expertise across media and digital marketing in an agency environment.

Who You Are:
You are not looking to specialize in one narrow channel. You want broad exposure and room to grow.

Managing multiple projects without losing details

Digging into performance data and forming a point of view

Staying organized under pressure and last-minute deadlines

What Success Looks Like:

Campaigns launch accurately, on time, and with clean QA every time.
