To support client engagement, the part-time Live Chat Specialist will respond to live chat inquiries on client websites, manage multiple conversations, and provide timely, professional assistance while working remotely from 7 PM to 11 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist website visitors by answering questions and connecting them with appropriate resources
Complete administrative tasks, including client setup and reporting
Required qualifications
Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
Customer service experience with a calm and helpful approach
Experience using live chat software (preferred)
Background in technology, consumer electronics, or marketing (preferred)
Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar and punctuation
