Key responsibilities
Own the revenue number, including sales targets, pipeline creation, and forecasting
Lead, coach, and manage the global sales team, ensuring accountability and support for results
Develop and maintain a practical go-to-market strategy in collaboration with company leaders
Required qualifications
5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with a focus on product sales and revenue growth
3+ years leading a RevOps function
5+ years of experience in the music industry, preferably in a B2B context
Proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries
Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies
