Responsibilities Perform corporate, fund and asset valuations, including discounted cash flow, capitalization of earnings, comparable company analysis, and merger/acquisition transactions.
Conduct purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, stock option analysis, and illiquid debt investment valuations.
Prepare written valuation reports for client presentation and solvency and fairness opinion analyses.
Develop client interaction, participate in due diligence meetings, and conduct company, industry, and economic research.
Analyze general economic conditions and industry specific conditions and trends.
Participate in the hiring and training of interns, analysts, and associates.

Complex securities experience (possible)
Valuation Services Provided Financial, tax, and regulatory requirements of investment funds and individual companies

Fairness and solvency opinions and other transactional matters
Management planning
Shareholder disputes
Family law matters
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong technical and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate/advanced understanding of economics, financial theory, and accounting principles
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Relationship‑focused, entrepreneurial, and positive attitude

Education & Experience 4‑year degree necessary with an emphasis in finance or accounting
Minimum 6 years of experience in business valuation
Preferred experience in purchase price allocations, financial reporting assignments, estate and gift tax valuation, and transaction opinions
